Emily Fernandez
Emily Fernandez, the author of the poetry chapbooks, Pliny and Other Problems (Bamboo Dart Press 2023) and Procession of Martyrs (Finishing Line Press 2018), is an Assistant Professor of English at Pasadena City College where she teaches composition and creative writing. She co-chairs the Sustainability Committee and the Writer-in-Residence Committee at PCC. She was a guest poet on the Life of J.E.M. and the ZZyZx SundaZe podcasts. In 2020, she was a Moving Arts MADlab playwright, and her play Cage and Lung was professionally read online.
