My energy is building in my body
It’s about to explode.
I head to the stadium and
use my energy
running up and down the gym as fast as a tiger
dribbling the ball
defending my hoop.
Swish!
I walk out on the field and
use my energy
passing on the grass
stealing the ball from the other team like a sneaky snake
shooting the ball into the goal.
Whack!
I get on the court and
use my energy
serving the ball
hitting over the other side of the net
swinging my tennis racquet as fierce as a bear.
Pow!
My energy is leaving my body
It’s about to fade.
